Faking Hitler

I was lucky enough to support my colleague Christoph Lohr with his title sequence for the TV series Faking Hitler on RTL+.

April 25th in 1983 german @stern magazine claimed to have Adolf Hitlers secret diaries in its possession. A few days later it was all exposed as a fraud. It was a huge scandal back then and the whole story of how it all happened now has been filmed for television.

The concept for this title sequence was to symbolically show the collapse of this house of cards, built upon falsifications and lies.

My role was to animate the final title reveal as well as design the titles for the actors and to animate dynamic flying paper as background elements.
